The money deposited as a reservation deposit in case of signing a reservation contract is held by us according to RE/MAX rules in an office account separate from the operating account, so your money is completely safe.

Fair auctions and access
When multiple buyers come together on one property, it creates an unpleasant situation where most potential buyers walk away disappointed. Most brokers in the market solve this by selling the property to the first bidder who is willing to sign a reservation contract. But I don't think that's fair - just because you're a day late doesn't mean that your offer won't be the best. I collect bids from all the bidders at the auction, then I submit them to the seller, who chooses who to sell the property to.
