Are you selling a property and don't have the time or the nerve to deal with the sale in person?
First of all, let me make a brief introduction.
My name is Michal Blaha and I have been an active trader for over 20 years with an international scope. Throughout my career I have been through basic, middle and top management. Always in a wide and varied area of business, both on the buying side and on the selling side including managing teams of people, marketing etc.
Since I was a child, I have taken an active approach to life. From the age of 5 I started swimming and skiing competitively, like my dad, and later I played water polo, tennis, etc. I like to go to the mountains, the sea, or otherwise travel, and I also enjoy relaxing at the cottage. I am practically happy anywhere with nice people.
I'm continuously learning and trying to do things the right way, which for me means quality and always adding something extra. You can learn more here.
How to choose a real estate agent for the sale of a property?

In my successful business career, I have met a sample of many people from much of the world. I just have to confirm that there is always someone who can surprise and delight you. I always choose my business partners well, especially so that everything works well, on a professional and pleasant human level.
I've encountered various business and human practices where you sense from the beginning that something is wrong with the counterparty and the deal may be in trouble, or conversely, functional relationships based on perhaps just a handshake with a long-term duration, which has been the vast majority.
But how to find out in advance? How not to get burned? How to identify the right business partner?
15 principles I follow to help you find the right one
1.
Always ask for references and request a contact to verify that the information is correct
2.
Verify online Reviewed by
3.
Also verify the information communicated Reference
4.
Test the information provided with specific and inquisitive questions - how much, when, where, who, how can I verify it
5.
A productive partner will always answer specifically, factually and accurately, or will look for a way to provide relevant information and will not be afraid to supply contacts for specific references
6.
Don't simply take vague and general answers
7.
Lots of impressive words does not always mean knowledge and quality
8.
A good salesperson/real estate agent should mainly ask you questions rather than present and overwhelm you with information and reason on his/her part
9.
He should be interested in your needs, the goal you wish to achieve and the expected outcome of the cooperation
10.
He should be able to say no or admit he doesn't know something, of course only in limited to exceptional amounts, rather than boil water, it's unprofessional and we're all just human
11.
A good and quality salesperson is not afraid to ask for a reward for a job well done
12.
However, the motivation of a trader/real estate agent should never be profit and a one-off deal/transaction. If they provide a quality service, with a great outcome, the reward will always come
13.
In any case, it pays to make the effort in advance to check with whom you have the privilege of who you let in, who really helps you and solves your purpose
14.
Be demanding, but also fair. Always demand the quality of service, communication and performance that has been presented to you in advance. If it is not delivered, speak up. Demand remedy and progress as promised and ordered. However, if you do not see an effort to remedy, stop the business relationship, terminate it, otherwise you will be unnecessarily exhausting yourself, which is the opposite of the principle Services
15.
In any business, as well as in a private relationship, you should feel comfortable and see results with the effort to achieve them
It's all about everyone's attitude
In the end, we find that it is always about individuals, no matter what we do. I often hear that someone has not had a good experience with a particular company. But the reality can be this. The company is great, delivers the perfect service or product, the people are conscientious, they educate themselves, but one individual fails and that's when the train moves... As we know, the train has a long braking distance, so a mistake or just a bad day by an individual is long and hard to correct. That's why I always recommend to judge companies, brands objectively and verify the information.
RE/MAX is a franchise system. Each of the brokers is an independent entrepreneur who has a contract with a specific office. Each individual is thus responsible for the quality of his or her own business.
I wish you all to always have the right people, business partners, services around you that help you to achieve your goals, objectives, save you time, nerves and make you happy.
