My name is Michal Bláha and I am an experienced trader with a varied business career. From the position of a sales director I decided to capitalize on my skills and experience in the real estate market, and now I can offer you professional help with the sale or lease of your property.
Who am I?
I'm a businessman through and through. I have been actively involved in trading since the age of 18, although my official professional career did not begin until 1999. I have been through large multinational companies, but also a dynamic Czech company. I have traded on the buy and sell side with an international and non-European scope. I can speak several languages and the business energy still motivates me and I believe it will continue to do so.

2020 decision
At the beginning of 2020, I stood at a major crossroads. I could remain a successful marketer serving other companies, building results for brands I'll never own... or I could embark on something of my own. In the summer of 2020, I made a decision. At the age of 42, I left my position as Chief Commercial Officer of an international corporation and stepped into the world of entrepreneurship with full responsibility. I educated myself, passed the state exam and professional certifications. Today I run my business with what I do best - trust, performance, responsibility. And also with the knowledge that everything I create is built on my own foundation.
After more than twenty years in managerial positions, I gave up the security of a regular income, benefits and company background. I gave up my car, my laptop... and stepped outside my comfort zone. I switched my mindset from employee to entrepreneur. Taking full responsibility for every move, decision and outcome. And if you're reading this page right now, it means one thing: it was the right decision.
