On average, the monthly rent of one meter comes out to CZK 435 per sqm. Only Prague 10 is cheaper with CZK 414 per sqm. On the other hand, the centre of the metropolis is the most expensive - in Prague 1 you will pay CZK 540 per square metre, in Prague 3 CZK 532 and in Prague 2 CZK 517.
