According to \u010cNS 73 401, a family house is a building in which at least half of the living area and rooms are intended for living, and has at most one underground and two above-ground floors and an attic. This aspect includes, for example, the size of the plot, the size of the infrastructure, the proximity of neighbours, etc.<\/p><p><strong>According to the position in the urban structure<\/strong>\u00a0these are rural, urban and suburban houses. They differ mainly in size, layout and architecture. Simply because people in villages used to have and have different demands and requirements for housing.<\/p><p><strong>By type of use<\/strong>\u00a0we distinguish between residential and multifunctional family houses. As the name suggests, residential houses serve only for living, while multifunctional houses have more than one purpose.
