Mit anderen Worten: Sie gibt an, wie viel Geld eine Investition im Verh\u00e4ltnis zum eingesetzten Kapital einbringt. Dabei kann es sich um Mieteinnahmen, Dividenden, Zinsen oder andere regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Ertr\u00e4ge handeln.<\/p><p data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"600\">Die Rendite einer Anlage kann fest, variabel oder kombiniert sein - zum Beispiel, wenn ein Anleger eine garantierte Mindestrendite von 3 % mit der M\u00f6glichkeit einer zus\u00e4tzlichen variablen Komponente in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Marktentwicklung hat.<\/p><p data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"807\">Es ist wichtig, zwischen der Rendite und der Gesamtrendite einer Anlage zu unterscheiden. Wenn wir zum Beispiel eine Aktie f\u00fcr 100 Euro kaufen und ihr Kurs nach einem Jahr auf 115 Euro steigt und der Anleger eine Dividende von 4 Euro erhalten hat, dann:<\/p><ul data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"978\"><li data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"895\"><strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"831\">Ausbeute<\/strong> betr\u00e4gt 4 %, da nur der Ertrag berechnet wird (4\/100 = 0,04 = 4 %).<\/li><li data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"978\"><strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"914\">Gesamtgewinn<\/strong> betr\u00e4gt jedoch 19 Euro (15 Euro des Wertzuwachses + 4 Euro der Dividende).<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1189\">Bei Immobilien beurteilen Investoren die Leistung oft anhand der Mietrendite.
