Kdo kupuje t\u0159et\u00ed a ka\u017edou dal\u0161\u00ed nemovitost na \u00fav\u011br, mus\u00ed m\u00edt nov\u011b p\u0159ipraveno minim\u00e1ln\u011b 30 % vlastn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f a splnit p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed limit celkov\u00e9ho zadlu\u017een\u00ed. Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed pro vlastn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inu potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1jemc\u016f, se tato zm\u011bna net\u00fdk\u00e1 a jejich podm\u00ednky z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed beze zm\u011bny.
